Eight of us were visiting Hebden Bridge for the first time last week and came to the opening performance of ‘Moonlight and Magnolias’. Having paid a fiver each for tickets, we didn’t have high expectations for the quality of the show but, boy, did you confound us! It was funny, witty, and performed with excellent timing and panache. We came away buzzing! Thank you for giving us strangers a superb – and cheap – night out! I hope we’ll be back: we had a wonderful week and have gone home wanting more!

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get to any of the previous productions this season but at last Friday’s performance of Moonlight and Magnolias I thought WOW, what an asset Hebden’s Little Theatre is to our town. The cast was magnificent, engaging and holding interest from first words to last, with wit, energy and pace. Production team and all concerned must have worked so hard to put on this wonderful performance. Many, many congratulations and a huge thank you.
