SUMMARY:Social Play Reading Group
DESCRIPTION:The Social Play Reading Group meets next on Wednesday\, 6 February\, at 7.30pm\, to read Bus Stop\, by Rae Shirley\, and an extract from Visiting Hour\, by Richard Harris\, with a view to giving a rehearsed public reading of both\, at the end of May. \nBus Stop concerns a group of seven women gathered at a bus stop who indulge in gossip to pass the time. Visiting Hour\, consists of six interlinked plays set in a National Health hospital during visiting hour\, which are alternately funny and sad. \nCome along to the meeting\, if you enjoy reading plays\, or would like to take part in the performance.
