SUMMARY:AUDITION - ONE MAN TWO GUVNORS
DESCRIPTION:Casting Call \n\nAuditions will be taking place for our final show of the year – the high energy\, farcical ‘One Man 2 Guvnors’ on:\n\nSunday 22nd September at 7pm. \n\nThe show requires 6 Males\, 3 females and a small ensemble.\n\nThe director\, Sharon Kelly has this casting open to all ages 18+ and we are always happy to welcome new faces.\n\nPlease note – this is a fast paced\, slapstick production\, with audience participation. Strong improvisation skills and a willingness to improvise will be required in audition. The audition will be scene selection and not in the form of a read through.\n\nThe role of Francis Henshall will require an actor with the above skills and a good level of physical stamina & comic timing.\nThis promises to be an extremely fun production to be part of and a wonderful way to round off the year.\n\nCharacter breakdown:\n\nCharlie ‘The Duck’ Clench. Middle age +\n\nPauline (His daughter)  18-30s\n\nHarry Dangle (a crook)  Middle age +\n\nDolly (Charlie’s assistant)  20s – 50s\n\nLloyd Boateng (Friend of Charlie) Middle age +\n\nFrancis Henshall  (The Protagonist) Open age\n\nRachel Crabbe (1st Master/guvnor) 20s +\n\nStanley Stubbers (2nd Master/guvnor) 20s +\n\nEnsemble (Taxi driver\, waiters etc) Open age\n\nRehearsals will begin 14th October\nThere will be NO rehearsals W/C 28th Oct.\nDress Rehearsal Sun 1st December.\nPerformance – 2nd to 7th December.\nRehearsals will be Mondays & Thursdays with either Tuesdays or Wednesdays (subject to cast availability).\nIMPORTANT CASTING INFO: If you wish to audition for One Man Two Guvnors\, please inform Sharon by email teaandtoast77@hotmail.com\nPlease state which character you are interested in so she can send you scripts to look at ahead of time.
